Fireworks or bombs going off? I still remember watching CNN broadcasting us bombing Baghdad that first time, war in our living rooms.
Just fireworks.
Back at my car I see someone broke a window and stole all my Elvis cds. And the rest of my cds. The thief was kind enough to have left the cigarette butts.
“Who would do this? Who would be this heartless?” a woman wails at a car near mine. Apparently the thief hit a lot of cars. I guess crime doesn’t take a holiday.
